Our Fees

Rental Percentage

7 %
  • Seven (7%) per cent of the gross annual rental plus GST.

TradeMe and Credit Checks

$ 331
  • To list the property on Trade me for a 2 week Premium Campaign is around $331.20 gst inc. (there could be another cost if needed to market longer.)
  • Tenant credit check as determined by Centrix is charged at $12.

Inspection Fees

$ 60
  • An inspection fee of $60.00 plus GST for each inspection.
  • Inspections to be completed every three (3) months, or otherwise upon the request of the Owner.
  • A pre inspection (which is scheduled for 3 -4 weeks on a new tenant moving into a property) Is charged out at $60 plus GST.

Call Out Fees

$ 60
  • Additional callout attendances over and above routine inspection to the property will incur a charge out rate of $60 plus GST per visit.

Tenancy Tribunal

$ 250
  • Attendants on tenancy application disputes will incur a charge of $250 plus GST.

All other charges (if any) shall be agreed upon before being incurred.
